Blog answers-

  1. personally, I think that we did well making the dough the right way that was needed to proceed with the assignment.

  2. taking photos of out cinnamon buns was perfect, we set up out background nicely and gave our buns each a different texture to capture the different ways that they can look while still looking aesthetically pleasing.

  3. I think that we did out lab perfectly but, in my opinion, I would not put our dough in a bag again, I would rather put the dough in a bowl with a towel on top to let it rise because when we had come back the next day the bag had burst, and the dough had over risen. so, for us to prevent losing most of our dough to the bottom of the fridge id put it in a bowl next time.

  4. I think that i would take the photos right after taking the buns out of the oven instead of waiting a few days because I think that the results of the photos would look much nicer.

  5. By adding the icing, it gave the cinnamon buns a light and creamy look to it. adding the icing sugar added a soft and fluffy look as if it were to feel like a cloud. the sugar and brown sugar helped bring a so say crunchy effect to the buns. the cinnamon added color and a blissful smell to the cinnamon buns.
